Press Conference.
On the Vinícius Júnior situation:
“He is doing well. The support he has received is good for him. It’s taken him a while to assimilate what has happened. We’ll see if he can play in Sevilla. What he has in his knee is minor. I’m not asking anything of anyone, just that everyone behaves the way they think they should, but knowing what they can’t do.“
On Vinícius Júnior sanction being removed:
“I was surprised, to be honest. A mistake was corrected for a sequence longer than what was seen. It is fair. The image thing is a very complicated issue. I’d like to think it was a mistake without bad faith. I don’t know if it has happened before.”
On Karim Benzema:
“He’s had a cut on his foot. It’s not serious, but it has affected him a bit. He had a good game.”
On Fran Garcia:
“Next year he will be with us. He’s a profile of a player with a lot of energy and who adapts to what we want.”

On Javier Tebas:
“I think it’s good that he apologized to Vinicius. Everyone has realized what has happened. In Spain people are intelligent, and when these people make decisions things can be put right.”
On Mestalla and the closed stands: “In these two days a lot of things have happened. It could be a great opportunity. It’s a very important step forward, hopefully this can be sorted out soon.”
On Rodrygo Goes:
“His progression has been very good. He has been a starter, practically. Next season he’ll be better, he hasn’t reached his highest level, but he’s close.”
PLAYER TALK
Daniel Carvajal: “It’s difficult to play with a high pace in a match like this, our season is practically over. We play because of professionalism.”
Eduardo Camavinga: “Of course I’m not a left-back, but you have to think about the team and I play where the coach tells me to. We have had a good season. We have won three titles, it is not bad, it is good.”
