How did you start your journalist career and how did it progress?
I started at a local radio station called Cadena SER Gijón cause I wanted to follow my home team Real Sporting de Gijón. After that, I jumped to Madrid where I started to work for Josep Pedrerol. I learnt a lot with him on Punto Radio and, then, Gol TV signed me for the TV. I was sharing Gol TV and beINSports hosting “Los lunes al gol” and “beINSide” and doing my pitch report games for Real Madrid, Champions League and La Liga matches. Then, the ESPN opportunity arrived so I am where I have always dreamed. I am happy cause I have the chance to work in journalism and to attend to big events every single year. Beside that, I can also develop my personal mark on Youtube, Instagram and Tik Tok. I was one of the first pioneers to create some different content with vlogs and podcast some years ago. This certainly helped me.
What are Real Madrid’s plans?
Real Madrid are always looking for the best players on the market, the club has the policy and philosophy of always wanting the best young talents available. As we know, the club wants to add a midfielder and an attacker.
Jude Bellingham:
Real Madrid will travel in the next weeks to Germany to negotiate in person with Borussia Dortmund. It is not the first time they travel there, but now they want to get every detail from Dortmund to check how much Bellingham will cost in an official meeting. The player wants to join. The price could reach €130m, including add-ons. With such a high profile deal, you cannot exclude potential rivals, mainly Manchester City. But Real Madrid are very confident, Florentino Perez wants Jude Bellingham as a club icon, he and Juni Calafat want it. It is important for Real Madrid to get Bellingham for the big party at the new Bernabeu on December 23rd.

Kylian Mbappe:
No updates regarding the French international, as things stand. The player, himself, knows he must change to have a chance to join the club in the near future after the way things went last summer.
Carlo Ancelotti:
I had a recent interview with Ancelotti and he certainly wants to stay. He is very happy at the club and in the city. He has never had the idea of leaving the club. Carlo told me directly at the start of the rumours that he wants to stay or stay. Now the board are happy with Ancelotti and looks like he will stay. The Italian has to confirm it by the end of the season, but looks like there will not be any problem.

A striker signing:
The club knows they need a striker! And so do we. Ancelotti asked for a striker last summer, but no signing was made. But now, there are names on the table. At ESPN, We reported a couple of months ago that two names offered on the table are Richarlison and Vlahovic, among some others. I do not currently have any info regarding on Diaby, but he could become another name.

The famous and iconic post game interview with Cristiano Ronaldo, 2018:
This story is incredible! I had called one of Cristiano’s friends and they told me to be ready, he wanted to speak after the game. A golden opportunity. He told me that Cristiano wanted to say something important. My instinct was that he would renew with Real Madrid, because I had interviewed Cristiano a few times that season and that was always my indication. After the game, I approached him and he walked to me. I was surprised by what he said because instantly I knew what he meant. I had to tell his now former team-mates what he said before I interviewed them, some did not understand, but some did. Others were really shocked! I even argued with one of the Real Madrid players because he did not believe me, really!
